Work out your body, connect to your power and free your spirit through the joy of belly dancing. Have fun as you explore the meditative, sensual movements of this ancient womanly art. Discover your inner Goddess as you creatively express the beauty of your feminine self. Learning the rhythms of the drum and dancing to live music can transport you to ecstatic states of being. Women of all ages, sizes and shapes are welcome!
Dancer, Healer, Performer, Djuna Wojton has studied belly dancing in Egypt with the most renown Middle Eastern dancers. She appeared on the television series "20/ 20" in a feature, "Oriental Dance as an Art Form." Over the past twenty years, Djuna has performed in art galleries, restaurants, parties, The Painted Bride, Group Motion, and holistic conferences. She has taught belly dance at Clarke Dance Academy, DanceWorkSpace, Community College and University Arts League.

The movements are natural and meditative and will bring healing to your body and soul. You will learn a short, veil routine and dance to live drumming. Egyptian hip scarves, zils, and veils will be available for purchase each class, or bring your own.
